Our qualified, experienced field guides know the terrain and the protocol intimately, and their skills, combined with the superb visibility afforded by our specially modified safari vehicles, guarantee you’re in the pound seats for a wonderfully wild experience. Cultural Village – Cost : R890.00 per person

Description : Few know about the Shangaan people and their unique way of life – you’ll find the culture intriguing. For an authentic insight, our Village Tour is escorted by a local minister with first-hand local knowledge of both people and customs. If there’s a case being heard, we’ll be able to watch the Tribal Court in action; we’ll visit a local school and watch skilled artisans at work; we’ll have our fortunes told by the local sangoma and, before lunch is served overlooking the splendour of the Kruger National Park and the Sabi River, we’ll be treated to a fascinating food demonstration as we watch our traditional lunch being prepared. It’s a cultural feast!
The Panoramic Route – Cost : R970.00 per person
Description : Mpumalanga is a magnificent region, home to many of South Africa’s most spectacular natural sights. We’ll journey to the best of the best, visiting the legendary Blyde River Canyon, third largest in the world, and enjoying the never-ending Lowveld landscape from the ledge of God’s Window. We visit the quaint, historical mining town of Pilgrim’s Rest, and tuck into a delicious lunch at the famous Harrie’s Pancakes. In the afternoon, we give ourselves time to explore the extraordinary rock formations of Bourke’s Luck Potholes, one of nature’s most intriguing creations. From canyons to potholes, Mpumalanga’s a province of many splendid things!
Endangered Wildlife Experience – Cost : R1070.00 per person

Description : It’s educational, it’s thrilling and, for those passionate about wildlife, nature and conservation, it’s an amazing day! We visit two highly successful conservation centres dedicated to preserving our wildlife, and experience a behind-the-scenes look at the extreme dedication and skill of our animal conservationists. It’s truly inspiring. We visit Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre – the largest in South Africa – and learn about techniques employed on injured, poisoned and abandoned animals and birds of prey. We’ll be invited to handle certain of the birds and animals. At Hoedspruit’s famed Endangered Species Centre, we’ll be privileged to see rare sightings such as wild dog, cheetah and aardwolf. We’ve planned lunch at the Centre to maximise your time there, and we assure you, you’ll take away with you more than you imagined at the end of the day!
Chimpanzee Eden and Botanical Gardens – Cost : R1085.00 per person

Description : It’s a unique day, and we make the most of it! It’s conservation, education, and botany, but wholly experiential. We watch the lives of chimpanzees in semi wild surroundings at the Jane Goodall Institute Chimpanzee Eden – it’s a unique opportunity to study these primates who share 98 percent of our DNA! A gratifying thought is that our presence here – our entrance fee – contributes to the rescue of another chimpanzee. We enjoy a hearty lunch at the Institute, with time over for a leisurely stroll through the exquisite Lowveld Botanical Gardens. A fitting end to an enriching experience.
